KINGMAN - Bullhead City Police believe they have identified the suspect in two bank robberies, including the armed robbery in Golden Valley last month.

A $1,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest of 41-year-old Victor Jay Malaro of Golden Valley.

Bullhead City Police say that Malaro is a suspect in both Wednesday's robbery at the National Bank of Arizona in Bullhead City and the armed robbery that occurred at the Golden Valley National Bank of Arizona on Oct. 16.

Malaro is described as a white male adult, 5-foot-8, approximately 145 pounds with dark short hair.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Victor Malaro is asked to contact Mohave Silent Witness at (888) 227-8780.

In the words of the immortal Mr. Potter from the cinema classic"It's a Wonderful Life:"

"And a Happy New Year to you too...in jail!"

And to appease the censor(s), please allow me to add the word "allegedly." It doesn't fit anywhere but they like to use it around here anyway.
