KINGMAN
The Mohave County Department of Public Heath is expanding H1N1 vaccinations to all individuals effective today. MCDPH will also change the hours of Monday clinics effective Dec. 14 in order to provide later hours. Clinic hours will be Mondays from 1-7 p.m. and Fridays from 8-11 a.m. and 1-4 p.m. at 2601 Stockton Hill Road, Suite C. Clinics will not be held on Christmas Day or on New Year's Day. The department has approximately 4,500 doses of nasal spray vaccine and approximately 8,000 doses of injectable vaccine available. It will continue to receive vaccine from the distributor each week. However, the clinic may temporarily run out of vaccine due to demand. The public is encouraged to call (866) 409-4099 to see if vaccine is available on a particular day. The public can also check www.HealthELinks.com for the list of providers who have received H1N1 doses in the area.
