KMS spikers
undefeated
KINGMAN - So far the Bobcats are unblemished, as the Kingman Middle School eighth-grade volleyball team ran its record to 4-0 Tuesday in Peach Springs with a 25-8, 17-25, 15-3 win. Gabby Huffer won 10 straight service points in the decisive game, while Heather Weninger had three saves and Taylor Reed notched two kills.
The seventh-grade team also beat Peach Springs, but those Bobcats needed only two games. The contest went back and forth, and KMS pulled out a 25-23 win in Game 2, as sixth-grader Dustie Morris held her own.
KMS hosts Kingman Academy of Learning at 3:30 p.m. today.
